    With 14+ years’ experience in defining Digital Strategy and User Experience for large international companies and small startups I perfectly combines pragmatism, creativity and innovation with great emotional intelligence, problem solving and teamwork skills.

     

    I am a passionate supporter of Service Design Thinking, the methodology that holistically defines a product constantly involving customers and stakeholders in iterative cycles of research, design, tests, delivery and monitoring.
